Terms of Service
The terms that govern this website, including scope of authorization and confidentiality.

Acceptance of terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. They are provided as a template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication. Engagement-specific terms are governed by a separate signed agreement between Freelance with Chirag and the client.
Scope of Authorization
All security testing is performed only with explicit, documented authorization from the system owner, and strictly within a scope agreed in writing before any testing begins.
No testing is ever conducted against systems, networks, or applications without prior written permission. Clients are responsible for confirming that they own, or are authorised to permit testing of, every asset included in scope — including any third-party or hosted components.
- Targets, timing, and techniques are agreed in advance.
- Out-of-scope systems are explicitly excluded and not touched.
- Testing stops immediately if an unexpected risk to availability or data is identified.
Confidentiality Statement
All information shared before, during, and after an engagement — including system details, findings, evidence, and reports — is treated as strictly confidential. Information is used only to perform and report on the agreed engagement, is stored securely, and is never disclosed to third parties without the client's authorization or a legal obligation. I am glad to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before discussing any specifics.
Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to use this website to engage in unlawful activity, to attempt to disrupt or compromise the site, or to misrepresent your identity when submitting an inquiry.
No guarantee of security
A penetration test or assessment provides a point-in-time evaluation based on the agreed scope and the information available at the time. It cannot identify every possible vulnerability and does not constitute a guarantee that a system is secure or free of defects. Security is an ongoing process.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this website is excluded. Liability relating to a specific engagement is governed solely by the signed engagement agreement for that work.
